Ponte Vecchio: Florence - Itália

In this video you can see the birth of a new tradition on the Ponte Vecchio in Florence. Couples from all over the world come to perform a ritual of promise. In order to assure everlasting love they write their names on little padlocks, and attaching them to any available gate or railing. After a long kiss and a promise they throw the key into the river Arno, thus assurance eternal love as the river washes the key away and nobody can ever open the lovelock again.
